What the builder does
- Personal or Commercial in one click. Personal capacity, or acting as partner, owner or manager of an establishment. The legal capacity text and the company powers update automatically.
- General or Specific in one click. A General POA (توكيل عام) with broad powers, or a Special POA (توكيل خاص) where you tick only the powers needed and state the purpose.
- Parallel bilingual text. English on the left, Arabic on the right, for every section.
- Ready-made power clauses covering administration, litigation, commercial business, banking, estates and inheritance, shares, vehicles, real estate, taxation (FTA registration), visas and residence, utilities, management and partners, and representation before UAE authorities.
- Full preview before you export, then download an editable Word file or a PDF, or copy the Arabic text into the notary system.

How to use it
- Choose Personal or Commercial, then General or Specific.
- Enter the principal and attorney details in English and Arabic exactly as on the Emirates ID or passport.
